I have a question, Are the bottoms slippery on the floors or do they have those things on the bottom to make them not so slippery? I really would like these for my son but he has a medical condition that I can't let him fall.

they have like tread lines on the rubber bottom so there suppose 2 be non slip but if a floor was wet i think he would slip a little.SRY:(
