The listing, SIS Graphics Card DDR 512MB VGA output has ended.
This is a SIS DDR 512MB with VGA output graphics Card. It has the standard PCI slot and this fits almost every computer!! This graphics card works very well, and has enough memory to upgrade any mother board to a better graphics card. This card is fast enough to play just about any game without any lagging!!
Questions & Comments
Its certainly not fast through that inface let's not kid ourselves
For what inface bro? I am sure it will run Windows XP professional with service pack 3, I say that because the computer it came out of was running that.
YEAH...again so very sorry, I made a Hugh mistake when listing this thing!!! I have no idea why I listed with that many MB!!! IT is more like 8MB card like you found!! Very sorry!!! I'm not expecting alot of points for it though. Just thought maybe somebody would have a older PC they was wanting to repair and might need this old graphics card. It does still work like new though, I was using it myself in a old PC and it worked great!!
I do believe this card will fit a PCI slot...wont it?? You seem to be allot more knowledgeable about these cards than I am, and I do not mean that sarcastically bro!!!
This is actually for a older PC like back to 2005 to 2008 I believe, and it will only support up to Windows XP Professional with service pack 3 operating system!! I just listed though because I thought there might be somebody out there who would like to fix up a older PC for a younger kid or just for kicks and this card just might come in handy for that purpose.
this is the SECOND auction by chico where he " claims " he didn't know it was only 8mb card.. Also, PCI hasn't been standard use for video cards since late 90's
Intel introduced AGP on August 26, 1997, and major manufacturers quickly adopted it as the new standard. Since 2004, AGP has been progressively phased out in favor of PCI Express (PCIe)
