Ok folks....I am going to try my hand at listing something nice that you will ACTUALLY RECEIVE instead of dealing with wannabe scammers. I am verified in every way possible, and have included some very obvious pictures that I have this phone and am able to list it.

To the details- This is a SPRINT phone. Please do not ask if it can be used on other services. It cannot. The model is the HTC EVO Design. It was purchased just a couple months back for my wife, and now she wanted the Galaxy so we upgraded. I have been with Sprint for years. There is NOTHING OWED on the phone. It is a completely clean ESN ready to be added to your account or used for an upgrade. As it is only a couple months old, marks etc are minimal, but it WAS used so do not expect a factory mint phone. It has been completely factory reset, and does NOT include an SD card (you will have to use your own)

My wife and I shared her charger up until now, and I finally get my own now that her new phone came with a new one. As such, I am willing to provide a charger with GIN ONLY. Meaning you must have a charger of your own if you just bid. Considering this phone sells for $100+ on ebay, my GIN is VERY reasonable with free shipping and my fees on a lightly used phone.

So the rundown- With bidding, you get a couple month old SPRINT HTC Evo Design in complete working order. Will come fully charged to you. With GIN, you get the phone FAST as I ship daily, and get a charger with it (Micro USB).

Fanned and watching! Looks like it's way out of my league. Beautiful phone, by the way. Does it get free wi-fi? I mean, if I don't want to pay for a contract with Sprint, can I just take it to a cafe and use the free wi-fi on the phone with no service fee? Also, for the sake of advertising, I think it would look more desirable if you pull up your facebook page on the phone as opposed to on the computer, or you could pull up my facebook page (on the phone) and then take a picture of it with my facebook page on it, and then upload. If I see my babies' pictures on the phone (not on the computer), and my credits are not tied up (which at this time, they are not), I'll give you everything I've got (if it gets free wi-fi without contract). That's a lot of ifs. I have 11,601 to offer at this time. It's not a lot, but it can help bump up the bidding, and I think it's just good advertising to put a picture up there of the phone with an actual webpage on the phone.

I can't pull anything up on the phone as it has been disconnected from the contract with the upgrade and has no service, but I think my pictures and feedback are proof enough :-) I have no clue about getting free WiFi...I have never tried using a disconnected phone without service . in essence, I guess it would work?

Please try taking it to a cafe or someplace where there is a free wi-fi hot spot, and see if it works. If it does work, then take a picture of it with my Facebook page on it and upload for me to see it. Anytime I see my babies' pictures on another person's phone, it just gets me in the mood to bid. Call me weird. I've got 11,751 credits just itching to be bid on something. I know you're trying to get way more than that, but like I said, it might drive up the bidding, and it'll give me just a little bit of excitement in my life too. I'll think I might win it, till about Monday, when you'll probably get about 50,000 credits for it, and then I'll cry boo hoo when I'm outbid.

unfortunately I have no other reason to go to a cafe or somewhere with the wifi, and to go to that length just to get a bid is a little extreme IMO. Sorry, but like I said, if my pics and feedback aren't proof enough for you to bid, thanks for stopping by. But in all honesty, I think it will go for reasonably more considering my verified status and the fact that I paid over $200 in an upgrade to this phone just a couple months ago, and they are still selling on ebay for minimum of $100
