1st pick is size 2-4

2nd 19 inch waist should be around size 3 but they do stretch

3rd 24 inch waist is normally size 6-7

4th is size 3-4 I would have to check waist size tomorrow

Yes it would the girl in it is 2 but I would have to get he height and cut it if you win I would leave it about a half inch longer then her height just incase but you can also cut if you needed to
