You get all the buttons in all three pictures.

--Photo one-White with a gold metal around it measures 5/8" wide with four holes for attachment and there are 17 of them.

--Photo 2- Off white with antique metal in middle. Measure 7/8" wide with two holes for attaching and there are 11 of them.

--Photo 3 - Off white with Gold medal middles. Measure 7/8" wide with a shank on the back for attaching and there are 7 of them.
