no they mean you must use the verified address link so they RECEIVE the "Sent It" button, once the hit "Sent It" you RECEIVE the "Got It" button, you can click got it & leave feedback. If you don't send a verified address those buttons don't pop up & they can't say they have "Sent It" & you can't say you've "Got It"
