Try as I might, only one shot came out true to color.

Earthy tones with a sprinkling of green evoke a connection to nature. When you tire of these earrings, you can recycle the wire, because copper is a very useful metal.

My ear wires are bent by hand (allowing me to add extra beads to the hook for an extra finished overall look), so there will be variations in the curve. Due to the pliable nature of copper, you can adjust the curve to suit your own ears. Another property of copper is that it oxidizes to greenish-blue hue, so yes, it will probably leave a greenish tinge on your skin if you get them all sweaty. This does NOT mean that it is an inferior quality of metal! Some prefer the look of oxidized copper. If you wish to keep the bright polished look, simply apply a coating of clear nail polish (or fancy professional metal protectant, but that's way more expensive) to exposed wire and allow it to dry.

Pure copper is what I use to make jewelry, and having an allergy to pure copper is very uncommon. Look it up yourself if you have doubts! This is completely nickel-free and will not irritate those sensitive to nickel, unless you also have an allergy to copper.
