The box says For Children One Size fits all. So I'm assuming if an adult was petite it would work on them as well. But there is no age limit..

ok...my daughter is 12...and gets motion sickness. I didn't know if she was too old because she is practically adult size.

I would tend to think this would fit normal sized children and petite adults. Hope this helps..
