I can't see if 1914 is marked on the coin -- is it?? if so, how clear is it??

Yes it is, actually below her neck but I couldnt get the camera to focus, if you collect coins I can take them (the others I had memetioned) out of the package and send you the picture to your email. I think the pastic is causing the glare and I dont know how to turn it off (stupid new camera).

I also have a 1905 Indian head penny going up for auction on 10/15/2010 by then I should have a clearer picture on the other coins fixin to go up for auction. I am gonna have the grand kids take the pictures for better results.

I dont have a paypal account but I could probably put a couple of extra stamps and just mail it but if you want it sent in a little box or something else I am sure it will cost alittle more.

You can mail it in an envelope for less than 50 cents. If I will, can I mail you a stamp and then have it sent to me?

I added "Winner pays shipping in the US". Using the shipping checkboxes ranks your auction higher than not using them when users are searching for it.

I set it up for you since there are bids on the auction (you can't make any changes after a bid has been placed, but I can still make a few). When you're listing an auction, or editing one with no bids, below the description are a few shipping checkboxes. If you check "Will ship US", it'll add "Winner pays shipping in the US" to your auction. Below that, there is also a checkbox for free shipping if you ever have auctions you plan to ship for free. (So checking "Will ship US" and "Free shipping" changes the auction to "Free shipping in the US"). It's sounds a bit complicated, but it's really not too bad, lol. If you ever have any questions about shipping, or anything else really, you're welcome to message me anytime.

So how does the winner recieve the item from me, is it up to them? Lastly I have seen "flat rate__" how does one determine the rate and is there somewhere online that can give me that price?

At the end of the auction, the top of this auction page turns into a message board for you and the winner. You've mentioned accepting a SASE, so you'll provide your address so they can send you the stamps or concealed cash to pay for shipping. Once that arrives, you'll send the coin to the winner and once they have it, the auction is complete. They can release the credits to you (the credits will be held by the auction for a while since you're a new user) and you can both leave feedback.

Chances are you'll be using USPS for the vast majority of shipping. There is a postal calculator you can use on their site http://postcalc.usps.gov/ You'll put your zip code and another zip code (I usually just put 12345), what kind of shape the package will be (regular envelope, large envelope/bubble mailer, box) and the approximate weight. The weight is the part the trips up the most people because they don't have a scale. An estimate (on the heavy side) is fine. If you really aren't sure, if you can find the item on Amazon, it's common for a shipping weight to be listed near the middle of the page.

The result is all the way to ship the package, and how much it costs. If the package can be sent First Class, that's always the best choice (it's cheap and fast). The next best choice is Media Mail if the item is a book, DVD or VHS (no video games). Media Mail is very cheap, but very slow. It's open to inspection, so don't put anything that isn't media in the shipping box. If the package is more than 13 oz, First Class won't be an option. After that, it's usually Parcel Post, but sometimes if the weight is pretty heavy, a Priority Flat Rate box might be better.
