This is a vintage 1930's brass and copper pillow purse or shoulder bag

in excellent condition. It has a brass exterior with copper trim, and

is ornately decorated with an embossed pattern. The interior has a

deep blue velvet lining that is in very good condition. The purse has

copper bands on both the top and bottom of the opening; and there is a

brass cast metal clasp and hinge that work perfectly. This purse

measures approximately 7 inches in length by 5 inches in height by 3

inches deep at its widest part. The brass shoulder chain measures 40

inches in total length. There is some very minor tarnishing, notably

on the copper bands, that adds to the patina of this piece. There are

no signs of, rust or corrosion anywhere on this purse.
