Hardcover Cutco cookbook. Cutco, "the world's finest cutlery" released this 128 page tome in 1956. Spine is worn off, but the cookbook is otherwise intact. First part of the book is an illustrated education on different types of knives and how to use them. The book explains different methods of cooking meat, such as braising, pan frying, and deep frying. Beef, pork, lamb, ham, veal, poultry and sauce recipes are included in this thorough, informative cookbook!
