This is a card that he had printed to give away at the Cardinals Christian Family Day at Busch Stadium, and he sends some to people that sent him autograph requests, It doesn't list a manufacturer, and I doubt you will find it listed anywhere. It is rare, being that the print run is significantly lower than any of the base sets out there.
