The listing, Vintage 1940's Handwarmer made in occupied Japan by Mikado has ended.

Up for auction is a vintage Mikado handwarmer that was made during WWII. The warmer is silver colored chrome piece. The front of the warmer says made in occupied Japan. It was made between 1946-1951.
It measures 2 5/8 X 3 3/4 INCHES

This piece is in excellent condition and comes with the original cloth pouch. This was where the original "peacock" design comes from.

its a hand warmer not a lighter.... lol but you could heat your hands with a lighter.. lol

Yeah tried that once or twice till the lighter melted and the little wheel fell off in my hand...lol
