Description

The listing, Vintage Native Am.Style Red Coral & Silver Beads Multi-Strand Necklace has ended.

Hello, and welcome to my auction!
Most of the items I sell are vintage, antique, or used, and some items are new old stock in the original pkg., but I still consider them used as these items may have been removed from the package, and the package may show wear from handling. Expect some signs of normal use, and if items have signs beyond normal use,I will state this in the description, as well as if an item appears to have not been used, I will also state this in the description. If you need more specific details, just contact me and I will do my best to answer your question. I want happy customers, and want you to feel confident with what you are bidding on. If you are looking for brand new items, you may want to look elsewhere.
This is a 21" necklace (measured end to end), made in the style of Native American jewelry. It has an old style hook and eye closure, spiral silver end caps, silver beads and genuine red coral beads. I do not think this necklace is sterling silver, as I do not find any markings, but I guess it could be, as some vintage jewelry is unmarked. Either way, it is a stunning necklace, a real statement piece. You will not be disapointed. I have included a picture of the necklace in my hand for size comparison purposes.
THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK BIDDING!

There are no markings on the beads or anywhere else on the necklace. I don't think they are sterling. The cone end caps definately are not. They look like stainless steel, the beads are different metal than the end caps.

I am pretty sure they are. Examine the pictures, I got some close ups, They are NOT plastic. I wish I could guarantee the coral, but I aquired the necklace second hand, so can't guarantee (but I will say that in my opinion, I am 99.9% sure the coral us genuine). This type of jewelry is "my thing". :)

Thank you for adding "style" to your listing as I am seeing a lot of items classified as Native American here on Listia and they are not.

Yes, I see that on many auction sites! I also sell on ebay, and they can actually remove a listing if it is misrepresented, but they are so flooded with this type of thing there is no way for them to keep up with the sellers who try to pass off items that are in the style ofgenuine Native American items as the "real McCoy"! Thanks for noticing.
