I got this from an amazing seller on Ebay, as an extra when I bought a huge lot of cards. Unfortunately I never use it as it is most beneficial if you have a DS (NOT necessary though), so I thought I'd give it away to a lovely person here on Listia! :D

I've seen it from about 17$ to 99$ on ebay! ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-POKEMON-POKEWALKER-HEARTGOLD-SOULSILVER-HGSS-HG-SS-/260864084043) So this is a GREAT starting bid!
That's without a box or anything on Ebay (mine is WITHOUT box, or instructions, it just comes with a little plastic-ish bag, and a clip you can screw on so you can clip it on a belt, or something! :))
