This Auction is for:
a spice guide, made by McCormick Spices.

I am a chef and have been for over 12 years.
I recently got two of these and have no need for the 2nd.

This is a tremendous guide of spices for their proper application AND brainstorming for new creations!

This little guide is like an education in spices.
These are all bound by a single ringlet, steel. Makes it super easy to hang it on a hook
They are all HARD LAMINATED. meaning any spills or anything gets on these, and just wipe it off. Very Sturdy

10 pages in all.
Concise information, its what you need to know about the given spice.

one page (front and back) gives you a glossary of commonly used terms concerning with spices. Helps you to understand how to use a spice properly

Next there are 15 different spices
they are as follows:
Onion / Garlic
Cumin / Mustard
Black Pepper / White Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper / Paprika
Basil / Oregano
The next 3 spices are one per page (the backside of them is blank (I wrote up some of my own notes for my restaurant and taped them to the backs of these for my own use, i'd recommend the winner of this Unique Auction do the same!
Parsley
Cinnamon
Chili powder
The last page is for Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt
and on the backside is Pickling Spice
