This is a postcard of the Economic and Social Council Chamber of the United Nations Headquarters. It has a 5 cent stamp on it that reads :

It is postmarked "United Nations 1965 New York." It has a cancellation of "20th Anniversary Convention on International Civil Aviation." There is a tiny piece ripped off on the bottom, as seen in the picture above. However, the stamp is in very good condition. The postcard is addressed in pencil to a resident of Staten Island NY.
