The listing, Vintage Silver and Turquoise Bolo Tie Slide For Father's Day! has ended.

A taste of the west. I'm giving away this handsome silver and turquoise bolo to a lucky Listian. I think the stone looks like Nevada turquoise, and appears to have some type of quartz or geode type material entrapped. I will try to get better pictures up soon. This measures a shade over 2" long by 1 1/2" wide. It could use a good cleaning, but I can't use silver cleaner due to allergies. This might score some "brownie" points with dear ol' dad come June, if he's into western wear.
While you're this close, would you mind taking a look at my other auctions? I have a nice variety of items listed.

No it doesn't. This is one of those items made by an individual. There is a name engraved (or I should say was attempted) on the back, that starts out Gerr, and a couple other letters I can't make out. Looks like someone tried to sign it. I'm not really representing this as sterling, as I have no real way of knowing if it is or not, just as silver. There are, as you know, different grades of silver. This could be jewelers 925, or it could be one of those 80-90% silver jobbies over copper. I have sheets of 925 for jewelry making, and it looks pretty much the same to me. Bid on it with the knowledge that it may or may not be sterling. If it is, you'll have a real bargain.
