Now....to pleasanter things......

This is a add as you bid auction - the more bids, the more stuff I stick into a box. Depending on how much the bids jump will determine what I add - acrylic, glass, metal, lampwork, gems, etc. For instance, a 100 point bid jump would add a bag of acrylics, 500 would add some glass, 1000 would add some lampwork, and anything 2000 and over will result in a special goodie being added to the mix. All items are sorted and bagged separately. When I can, they are counted - exception is seed beads, I'm NOT counting seed beads.

We're starting with a Baker's Dozen of some basics:

This was going be a long auction, but I'm leaving Sunday for a cruise to Alaska, so we need to get this closed and hopefully shipped before I leave. I'd like to get as much in there as we can. Let's get those bids moving and see what goodies you add up.

Items will go into whatever sized flat rate box will hold whatever is in the bag at close of auction. This one is on me, folks.

Okay, we have a start bid, over 500, so I'm adding a batch of faceted red glass beads, similar to the cobalt blue. I will add a pic. These are gorgeous and very deep red. For the other two bids which were jumps under 100, I am adding a bag of 65 small purple dyed wooden discs, and a bag of small white shells, already punched with holes. Will add pics of those, also. Keep the bids rolling, and let's see where we go!

Okay, to jumpstart things a bit, I'm adding a couple things....a goldtone filigree butterfly, and a bag of 28 clear crackle glass rounds, 5mm. Pics going up!

Just to let you know what is on the list to add, if I get some bids moving.....12 5mm pale green glass catseye beads; 4 silver clasps, 2 lobster, 2 round; 4 antique silver spacers; 40 small silver daisy spacers; 10 oblong lampwork glass beads, 1 thick silvertone chain;1 bag of mixed gemstones, not all drilled, approximately 15 pcs; large bag of mixed wooden beads; and there's another probably 20 bags in the basket, waiting. I'll post a few pics....it's going to take a total of a 10K or better auction to get the gemstones in there but I'll put the pic up so you can decide if you want to try, as well as a few other things. Note that I'm just adding the pics, NOT yet adding to the bag!

I've gone ahead and added pics of everything I had ready for "The Bag". Once we get under 24 hours to go I can't add pics, so now you can see everything it's possible to get. Look it over, it's a great start of a lot of pieces. Let's get to bidding folks, I've got a boat to catch!

That's more like it! Okay, I'm adding the following, going by the bids as listed - which I can see....3 500 range bids in a row - wooden discs, daisy spacers, iridescent acrylic rondelles. 2 1000 range bids in a row - 6 large red lampwork beads, 20 dark pink glass painted rounds. 1 500 range bid - 10 total cabochons, 4 pink catseye, 4 gold catseye, 2 red semi-precious stone. 1 750 bid, 1 fancy clasp, goldtone fitted with large lavender stone. (no pics of the cabochons or clasps, too late to add, but worth it!)
