This is the cricket crosswave wireless wifi device. Can can use it plugged in or, you can charge it and take it on the go with you. You need to get a cricket account. Cricket is cheap. $45.00 gets you a months worth of service with a 4GB data plan. You can of course pay more for better coverage, fasted speed, and more data. Cricket is pre-paid, does not require a credit check, references, job status, etc. I stopped paying for services on this device because we live with someone who has wifi already. You can just take this into any cricket store to activate it. You will need to either have a computer to set this up or make a not to the people in the store that this device needs to be ready to use when you get home. Exact shipping. The crosswave is great. I have it on for my kids to use for their iphones. It supports 3 devices so it breaks down to 15 a bucks per kids on smartphones :)) They use apps for phone calls. I can't say enough good stuff about this device. Stays charged for hours. Go everywhere and always connected. I don't want to confuse anyone: The crosswave is only a WIFI HOTSPOT. I just use it to be cheap!
