I'm curious too- are there directions on the package? I've seen the commercials and thought -What? I'm guessing they are just to put on your forehead, pulse points like your wrists and neck? Not where "Poise" products usually go... ? Thanks for sharing and any info. would be appreciated - what the directions say... if its not too graphic. Thanks again and Best to you!

oh yea.. my mom has menopause, it strikes at anytime.. i know a lot of people with it, they can break out in a sweat at any given time
