got it for my birthday this year used it once for about 30 mins and that was it. I am a single mother of 2 boys and they keep me very busy. I dont have time to just sit and listen to music on it. so I figure why not let someone who will use it have it instead of it just sitting around my house.

yeh not having any time to use it other than that nothing works fine. downloads music fine charges fine, turns off andon fine.
