A Tattoo Art kit, for young adults or children if you allow such things as parents. It's new in the box , never been used. It was an extra x-mas present I bought & didn't need, the actual price is $12.95 x tax in ca, which would put it over $15.00....so I'm asking for just my equal portion. verified listen's only, i accept paypal for shipping cost.....pls if you have anymore questions about the sell ask, but please do not ask for specifics concerning the kit, There is a booklet inside that gives a brief history in the art of tattoos, with lots of historical dates. There is no suggested age group, but I'd say early teens and up. It does require you to have a steady hand, for free style art working.thankyou
