I do use flat rate but I have to pay for the envelope too and paypal charges a fee when people send you money, but if you send money through the mail I will knock off $1. Will that be ok with you? I just dont like it when people send money through the mail because it might get lost or stolen.

They are not free here i have to pay for them, and no 3 tops would not fit in the envelops i buy. i have tried to do that and it does not work
