You can take it to a jeweler. Prob a charge of $20 or so. Sizing sown they might be able to go down 2 sizes.

No stones. There are little holes making the horseshoe design. I checked out the stamp for you, there is another stamp next to the .925 but I couldn't make it out. Even after I busted out my loupe and magnifying glaas, I just still couldn't read it. Possibly the artist's name.
