Do these run small like most pajamas do? Have them been through the dryer? My daughter is tiny and wears a 24 month top and 18 month bottom, but I notice with alot of jammies they run really small with the exception of sleepers.

These pjs are preowned and have been washed and dryed.
Measurements are:
TOP - Side Seam to Side Seam - 10" Across
Shoulder Seam to Bottom of Shirt - 11 1/2" Long
Sleeves are 11" Long
PANTS - From waistband to bottom hem - 18 1/2" Long
The Waist Elastic is 8" UNSTRETCHED
