I did already sell these. Now it says it is too close to end to edit. It was an honest mistake. This sara girl does not even know the deal. I just got on my computer to see the messages from her. So I have not even replied to her. For all she knows I could have a bunch of pairs of these same earrings. PLEASE if anyone knows how I should handle this let me know. I will handle the mistake

I always try to help new Listians, especially since there are many rules on this site and it does take a while to understand all of them. In this case, it sounds like there has been a big misunderstanding. First, I would contact her and explain the situation that you didn't intend to re-lis these earrings and that she is still the actual winner. If these earrings have already been won by SaraVigil, you should mail them to her (especially if she paid for shipping already). If they have already been mailed, then she needs to know this. I would recommend always getting a tracking # to give to the winner, so they do know that their items are on their way. This gives actual proof to people that their package has been honestly mailed. Plus, if they have a tracking # and the winners do not receive their items, then it is not the fault of the seller and the problem is with the postal service. Many people have dealt with sellers that actually "scam" people by simply stating that the items were mailed and never receive anything. If SaraVigil believes that she has been scammed then she can put in a request for a refund of credits due to problems with the seller. I hope that this little bit of information is helpful to you.
