No, neither of those movies are cartoons. It's a double feature of 2 Public domain films. With PD titles you can use the movies for free but in many cases there are trademarks on the logos and cover art so companies need to make original box art to package them.

well im sorry i bid on these you did not explain that in your auction list it just says dvd and if i win i will be putting in a dispute to get my point back you have to explain what these are when you list them or you can cancel them and relist up to you
