The listing, Chanel pocketbook has ended.

Pink and black, leather on outside is still really good, handles all really good, zippers all really good. Could use very little restitching. . Inside lining useable but needs repair. You could take to a repair shop or put in a new lining yourself and you'll have a pocketbook that lasts for a lifetime. Doesn't need repairing all over on the inside just on spots. But would look better with new lining and with something this expensive , you might want to. AUTHENTIC. I charge 2.00 because I am disabled and getting to the post office is hard and I can print it off PayPal. Has three small dots of fingernail polish at bottom of purse. One picture is showing them. I want it to be described accurately. Look one up on ebay..

What is the serial number? All authentic Chanel bags have them. This color is gorgeous.

I was only posting to let others know since you said that you did not and to prevent someone from being unhappy and filing to get credits back. I have authenticated designer items for years. Since you asked...With this one, the proportions are not right and the leather is way off. Chanel produces their own leather and it has a unique feel and look that is distinct if you are familiar with it. All Cambons have hologram serials. The pieces in the Cambon line were made in Italy and your tag appears to say France and is the wrong type of leather tag.
I had originally just put that it would not have a serial number to politely say that it was a replica...looks Korean to me, but that type of info I only decide in person. Some Korean replicas are pretty good, but they are not authentic.
A lot of fakes are on eBay...do not use eBay as a guide unless you utilize some of their buying guides for detecting fakes.

Thank you so much for your help and your information. I don't remember anyone asking proportions or anything about leather except ow it felt. As I said this item has stirred a lot of controversy, say the least and a lot of different opinions. I guess what it comes down to is if you want the bag or not. I have always refunded unhappy customers upon return of their item. Some kept their item and still got their credits. Also, like I said, I'm not hiding any comments , it's a really nice purse worth every credit . With a new lining it'll last a lifetime. As far as using ebay, if you'll check , you'll see I just sent the page to determine if it was a true Chanel or not? Think there has been enough worrying on my part whether this is authentic or not. You see the pictures, research it yourself. If you like it buy it, if not don't. Thank you

I looked up buying authenticate CHANAL bags and how to tell from ebay, go there and read it for yourself. It says not all bags have them and the only way to tell for sure is take it to the company. The leather and color itself on this thing is beautiful, and they have several CHANAL companies that replace the lining. If you would like to know more please ask before bidding. Because as we'll as I have described I don't think it would be fair to take it then ask for refund. I am as honest as I can be.

Awesome, thank you for taking the time to do so. Would you happen to have the authenticity card, care card or dust bag? I have a very similar tote and the serial number should be near the pocket on a little flap like thingy. If there is no number then there should have been a care card and an authenticity card basically stating the number and authentification. Sorry to be such a pain in the butt. Thank you.

I've had it for several years and thought I was carrying around any old bag, lol I noticed people kept asking me about it, and it's really soft, thick. And I took a picture of the leather tag sewn to the inside that says Chanel France. I can tell its an expensive pocketbook.

I know if its before a certain date, they wont have one. So just because it don't have one doesn't mean its not authentic. Its really hard to tell some Chanel on a computer screen.lol
Do you know if its authentic or not? IF it had a date code it would be inside the bag. Im no expert by no means so please take my advise with that in mind.
Where did you get it from? If you don't mind me asking?

You can tell by the feel....Does it feel like plastic?

This auction has generated a discussion I never thought would cause. Please if you are interested in the bag, bid and enjoy. If not please let it pass you by. No one is forcing you to bid or even look. If it isn't taken here I will put it on ebay next week, which is what I should have done to begin with. Thank you all very much for your views and comments. I have always refunded credits if the item wasn't suitable if item is returned . Some items never came back and I still refunded credits. Like I said , bid if you want, if you don't, no one is forcing you. A beautiful pocketbook, that is used. I found one on ebay just like it except lining is different color and new. It didn't have serial number either. Cost a pretty penny though.

See if it is not authentic it goes against Listia's rules .. for I had something like this happen with me just a few mnths ago with shoes by Channel. The buyer stated she loved them , won , and they proceeded to open dispute. and state they were now fake. Listia gave her credits back , and she never returned shoes.. so that is why everyone is asking.. nothing against U personnelly .. just protecting oneself thats all : )
