Here are the instructions and information on the back.

Application instructions:

1. Make sure skin is clean and dry.
2. Have an adult cut out transfer.
3. Remove protective sheet.
4. Press tattoo firmly onto skin with design facing down.
5. Hold wet sponge against back of tattoo, press down and make sure to wet it thoroughly.
6. Wait 30 seconds and slide off paper backing.

Removal:
Remove from skin by rubbing with alcohol or baby oil.

Warning:
DO NOT APPLY TO SENSITIVE SKIN OR NEAR EYES.

Ingredients:
Preparation of organic and inorganic pigments.
(yellow #12, yellow #13, red # 74, heliogen)
carbon black, resins, vegetable oils, diverse fatty acids and waxes.
