it is not bumpy..it is smooth..i just couldnt get a good pic of the middle stone...it is a stone..

it is multi colored....its old ..i couldnt tell you if its real or not...i know jewelry made in Austria is of good quality.

It's hard to tell what condition the pearls are in. Is there any coating loss on them? I just love this brooch and have several from Austria.
