Its a nice, office type skirt.....very neat and sophisticated.
Comes down an inch or so past the knee.
It wraps around to button one then at the end of the wrap fastens with 3 buttons and catch at top.
Has all original buttons and fastens.
23 inches in length.

Shell 100% Silk
Lining 100% Acetate

Used, in very good condition.
