The listing, Vintage Doily has ended.

Vintage tatted doily that is ecru in color. Size is approx. 10" length and 7" width. It comes from a pet free and smoke free home. It is in wonderful condition. Hope it finds a good home. HAPPY BIDDING!

Very nice!! Looks to be either size 10 or 20 ecru thread, It is crocheted and I'd put this as an early to mid 50s pattern. Believe it or not even though it looks to be a simple pattern rectangle doilies are a bit of a pain to make and in order to starch and block those chain loops properly you need to pin each one of those loops one at a time! With some careful point work they do well with a hot iron and a liberal amount of spray starch. I think this design will go great with almost any decor.

it also looks like it could use some repairs to hard if you know how. You an use plain sugar water to stiffen it or in the craft section they have a sray for dollies can't remember the name though,powder starch or liquid use to be the beat but good luck finding it.now .My grandmother was a avid crocheter and taught me when I was very young along time ago Good luck dear.
