nice fabric- i don't understand the "stretch" lingo, new to picking out fabrics. i used to visit fabric stores with my mom when i was very young, so i don't know much yet, a beginner with sewing on my own.

you know how cotton has no stretch, but some fabric has a stretch to it. some fabric has 1 or 2 way stretch. if you have some fabric take it and pull 1 way and see if it stretch and if not see if you pull the way if it stretch. I have been sewing for about 34 years now and with grand kids it is hard to sew and watch them. I help my niece over the how to sew all the time and gave sewing lessons to one other niece. love to sew but it is hard with the g-kids around. Theresa
