It looks like a mintmark under the date to me, maybe its just a hair on the scanner glass or something, or maybe I just need glasses. Thanks though!

ok I understand what you were seeing, there is a blip on our scanner lid that sometimes shows up on pictures, I added the pictures of SAME coin after I took it out of the 2X2 looking for what you were talking about! I will put it back in a 2X2.
