This is model SGH-X426M
It is silver in color and has light surface scratches. It does come with a car charger only. I purchased this at a garage sale. I have charged it and it comes on quickly and plays tunes that are very easy to hear and are clear. It closes securely. Beyond that, I can not tell you anything more about it.
