**MOST small items i.e. coins, cards etc go out in a first class envelope with backerboard protection. No delivery confirmation. Bubble mailers are used at my discretion for more fragile items. I haven't had any trouble shipping this way.

Did PSA/DNA or JSA do the COA for this item?

I have thousands of autographs that I know to be authentic because either myself or someone I trust watched them done. I do provide my own COA with each signed item. And to some that is enough. Unless authenticated by an handwriting expert, any COA is basically just a piece of paper that doesn't mean much unless you trust the person who's making the claim. I have trusted feedback and have sold over 2 dozen signed items on here with no complaints. I couldn't possibly afford to have all my stuff authenticated by a third party. I only had two items in my own collection authenticated one of which was a Norma Jean signed 8X10 and a Playboy #1. And that was because of the rarity of the autographs. Needed it for Insurance purposes.
