These binoculars say they are 8 by 21, they are fully coated optics. they have a range of 383 ft/ 1000 yds, 126 m/1000m. they are in really nice condition.

F/W! How old are the binoculars? And how do you think they would for bird watching in a forest (I live in a heavily wooded area with lots of wildlife)? Thanks for any help (I don't know a lot about binoculars, obviously!)

There's no year on them. I have had them put away for a couple years and never used them so they are like new. They are compact with a string to hang around your neck or small enough to just put in your pocket. I think they would be great for bird watching. And thank you fanned back.

can u see clearly through them? sometimes the mirrors get messed up a little and it messes up the view.
