Im a bit confused-the last person asked if you can use pre-paid cards on this phone-but wouldnt it have to have a sim card in order to do that? Its a great phone,Im just trying to find out more info...usually you would have to get a contract thru verizon or another company not prepaid,correct?

angeleyes749 ,no, you dont need a sim card to use it as prepaid. I had this in cherry with verizon prepaid.a sim card has nothin to do with bein prepaid, att uses sim in contract as well. its just the system they operate on.
