This baby bag is brand new. It comes with a changing pad and an inside pouch for storing all of your baby small personal goods! It is not in its plastic bag because I took it out . I bought two baby bags one for boy & other for girl. This was the boy baby bag, but since im having a girl i decided to keep the other one instead! This bag has not been around smoke or pets. The bag is pretty big. The straps are on the outside and inside. Ones on the outside is a good length for carrying the bag. And straps on inside good length for carrying on shoulders

Its pretty big, it has straps on outside and inside straps on outside is for carrying the bag by hang and long strap on the inside is a good length for the shoulders
