The listing, Sprint Samsung Instinct SPH-M810 has ended.

Here is a practically mint condition Sprint Samsung Instinct Phone.
This was originally a phone replacement that I ended up not liking. It is a totally touch-screen model with a 2 mp camera.
You'll get the phone, the wall charger, the usb charger, the car charger and a 2 gig micro sd card too. The usd charger is Samsung, the others are not. As shown in pictures, phone powers on and charges perfectly. It is totally empty, ready for activation.

Is the ESN Clear, where I wont have any issues with Sprint Rep when activated? and if I do, can i return it?

As far as I know, yes. I don't know much about all that stuff, but I was the only owner of the phone, so there shouldn't be any problems. All transactions are final, as I want it out of my apartment.

Early android I believe, but was really ahead of it's time when it came out. Not sure what sprint still supports on it, but it was really good with the apps you could DL. Heck, for a short time, whilst my Laptop was out of commission, I used this to do all my internet browsing. Good Luck with the auction.

thanks anyways, i wont bid due to the fact that if there is an issue where i cant activate the phone, then i am stuck with a phone i cant use. just seems sketchy. Good luck!

No sketchiness at all...there is nothing wrong with the phone, and the phone was activated previously, so why shouldn't it be able to be activated now? I would think that my explicit disclosure of all things related to this auction would be proof enough of my integrity, but every one is entitled to their own opinion.

If your basing this auction on your integrity, then you wouldnt have a Problem on a return if for some reason that the phone cant be activated. by saying saying ALL SALES FINALE dont show any integrity if you cant back it up. Sketchy!

Not that I have the time or wherewithal to argue with you, but I don't want to deal with returns because I don't want the phone back. There's nothing wrong with the phone. Hence, there should be no problem. It's quite simple.
