Pampered Chef, small bar pan up for bids. Never been used, the wife doesn't care for ceramic. Comes in its original box, with small brown scrapper(Pictured). Also with instructions.

Questions & Comments

So can you put these in the oven and cook with them ?? Probably a stupid question I ask but I have never used ceramic my self so don't know anything about this product and what you use them ideally for.

I pulled out the instructions and in short this is what it says:
-Hand wash in hot water, prior to first use. No recommended to use soap, detergent or put in dishwasher. (< Main reason the wife was not a fan of it.)
- Stoneware is safe in conventional, convection and microwave ovens, and is also freezer safe.

I think that answers your question :)

Stoneware is actually a wonderful way to cook stuff because it holds the moisture and things don't dry out as much. It heats evenly and is toxin free. I hate the fact that you can't wash it in soap (the soap can absorb into the pan and affect the taste) but that's just a minor problem for me. In time, the pan gets a nice "used" patina! Just be sure to season it first (should be in the instructions).

Yep, seasoning directions is in the instructions. Wife just likes things she can wash and get clean,lol :)

These are awesome I have about 6 flat stones and three loaf pans, they work great and it is hard to burn anything on them. Our family uses them 9 days out of 10 for everything except ground beef, I also avoid fresh fish since they do absorb flavors unless you have one for only fish!!
