This is a Verizon no-contact phone....I've sold 4 of these phones in the past month.
With Verizon you can get unlimited talk and text with 2 gb of data for $80.00 a month.....with page plus,unlimited talk & text with 5 gb of data. It has to be flashed to page plus but this is one of the few 4g lte phones that doesn't lose anything in the flash.....I sell these phones for $120 - $150

It can be used on a prepaid monthly plan, not a pay as you go. As in you would have to pay a monthly fee for at least $70.00 for unlimited service I believe. BUt you would have to check with your local dealer for more information.

This phone is not locked, and I dont really know what your second question is. But it can be used on a verizon Prepaid monthly plan only, not as a pay as you go phone. If you wanted to use it for any other carrier, you would need to check with them before you made a decsion.

Yes it does come with a charger. And as of right now, i do not have any other accessories. And as for shipping, I can accept Paypal, however I am open to an other suggestions to make my buyers happy.

There is nothing wrong wit the phone. It has the normal wear of a used phone. As far as it being able to be unlocked, I have no idea. I dont unlock phones. I do know that is phone can be activiated on any new or old verizon account. It has a clean esn.
