Ok, so there are darts on the side, so it is slightly fitted there: Here is what I came up with in the Bust catagory: 36". Hopefully that helps you out.

This is US size 8. The UK size is 12. Euro size 38. Sure, measurements are:
waist: 27"
length from waist to hem is: 24 3/4"

It's a pretty standard dress size 8.
