This is a relist as the lady that won it the last time didnt want it. This is a virgin mobile phone but apparently it has to be activated thru boost mobile. This I did not know until the person that won this couldnt get it activated thru virgin mobile. Also I was told it smelled of smoke. With the blooming going on right now I cant smell anything. We do have dogs with really short hair so if it smells I cant smell it. I won this on Listia and once we received the phone my hubby didnt like the small keys so I listed it for some one else to enjoy..

I really cant afford to send it out with free shipping right now. But if the winner wants to wait until the end of the month for shipping then I will do it free.

I never used the phone. It does have some wear on it. But hey its used.

also the 2nd picture of the phone is with the phone on is blurry due to shaking of the hands on me. LOL... thats the only way I could get a pic to show with it on. I might try another one with it on if anybody really wants it.

I only use paypal for payment of shipping items.

I also play by all of listias rules.

I have told everything I know about this phone I will do no refunds on it again.
