For those who are sick with colds or flu, You might try this: We keep a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 peroxide and spray up our noses ever so often..kills germs and stops the spread of colds and flu..just lean over the basin or a pan, spray each side several times..hold..don't inhale or let run down throat..then blow you nose.. This has kept us from getting anything going around.
