I got this cute panel in a grab bag and have kept it for a couple years thinking I'd use it but haven't. The white area measures 18.5 X 13.5. As you can see the blue boarder is uneven. The short side measures an inch. What I thought I was going to do is to cut the blue off completely and put colored squares around the panel to make the remainder of the blanket and then put a boarder. Haven't done this in 2 years so looks like it's not happening and other projects I'd rather do. My lost---your gain!
