Good morning and thank you for your interest:-) I would say 36-38. It is stretchable. I can't measure them because they are prepackaged and ready to be shipped~

Well, I think you may need a medium. The size shown on the mannequin is a small, because I ordered 2 of each size from the warehouse. I will be listing some more sizes in the very near future. I have them in the boutique right now:-)
