I made these years ago and barely used them been sitting for years it is a mixture of glow in the dark regular and dark pony beads. If you want you can take them apart and make new ones there is no wear on the beads no international shipping no returns

yes its elastic. the bracelets are strechy. if you pull on the bracelets it snaps back, i made a lot of these years ago
