No, it's a Verizon. Verizon is CDMA and does not use a SIM

Exactly. InPulse card and activate the phone. Everything works. There is a small smudge on the top of the screen

No. There is no WiFi on this phone. It is not a smartphone. It has a camera. It is not Android. I don't know of any way to get free internet except WiFi
